Hey guys.

Yesterday we got on the Spirit of Tasmania. We packed up the van and Andrew and I went to the recreation room. We played on our computers most of the day. At 4 o'clock we drove to the Spirit of Tasmania. We had diner and a cold drink on the Spirit. We watched a movie at the cinema.

Today we drove home. We were woken up at 5.30 am. It took an hour to get back to the house. When we got back we unpacked the car. We went down to our grandma's house to say hello. Afterward Mum and Dad went to get stuff from the caravan. When we had finished, I installed Fallout 3 ^^. I played it for a bit. It was really fun.
This holiday has been the best holiday ever. We have learned so much this holiday and had so much fun. Thanks everybody for following my blog and I'll be at school tomorrow.

Hey guys.

Yesterday we went stayed home and did some school work. We did some school work while we were waiting for the caravan to be ready to bring back to the cabin. I did some maths.

Today we went out shopping, to get our hair cut and to the cinema. First we had our hair cuts. Afterward we went walked to the car and had lunch. We watched Clash of the Titans. We sat down noticed we were the only ones in the cinema. There where only a few people else in the cinema. The movie was pretty good. Next we went shopping for Mothers Day. We bought some Mothers Day presents. When we got back Andrew and I went out to the recreation room. I will be back at school on Monday.

Hey guys.

Today we went out to the maze and a glassblowing studio. First we drove out to the maze. When we got there it was raining, so we had some hot chocolates. We were given a clipboard each and a gnome hunt sheet. We had to find all the garden gnomes and fairies. The mazes were really cool. There were two hedge mazes, a rose maze and a lavender labyrinth. They were really cool. We completed all of the mazes. We found almost of the gnomes and fairies. The only one we didn't find was one of the gnomes. :o. It was very enjoyable. On the way back we stopped off at the a glass blowers studio. It was really cool to watch. There were some really amazing things people have made there. When we got back Andrew and I went to the rec room.

Hey guys.

Yesterday stayed home and did some school work. We relaxed a bit in the morning. After lunch I did some English and maths. Mum and dad went out shopping, Andrew and I stayed in the cabin and watched some tv. It was fun.

Today we went out Heronswood. Heronswood is a garden which grows heirloom plants, (not the modern hybrid type of plant). The garden was amazing. There were many fruit trees, herbs, edible plants, flours, grasses, and much more. We walked through the gardens for at least an hour. We had lunch in the gardens. I enjoyed it very much. When we got back I went to the recreation room. When I got back we did some school work. We watched tv for the rest of the afternoon because it was pouring with rain, and we didn't want to go out in the rain.

Hey guys.

Today we went for a walk at the Australian Garden, and to the sculpture garden. Fist we drove to the Australian Garden. When we got there is was raining so we decided to go to the gift shop and the cafe. Mum, Dad, Andrew, and I had a hot drink at the cafe. The hot chocolate was really tasty. When the rain had stopped we started walking around the garden. My favorite part of the gardens were all the smelly plants. There was one that smelt like dirty socks, one that smelt like lemon and many more. The gardens were really cool.
Afterward we drove to the Sculpture Garden. There were many really cool sculptures. It was pretty interesting. Next we went grocery shopping. When we got back Andrew and I went to the recreation room. It was really fun.

Hey guys.

Today we went out to Mr and Mrs Partridge's house. They used to work at St Pat's. Mr Partridge used to teach me drums. It was a one and a half hour drive. When we got there we had lunch. Afterward Andrew and I were aloud to use Mr Partridge's flight simulator. I was flying a boeing 747. It was really fun. On the way back the car in front of us slammed on its breaks and we almost crashed into it. It was pretty scary. We had a great time today.

Today we went to Point Nepean for a bike ride. When we got there we got the bikes out, and started our ride. First we rode to the Quarantine Station. The Quarantine Station is where people who got diseases where isolated. Many people died there. Next we road to Fort Nepean. When we got there we explored through all the tunnels. There were lots of tunnels every where. There was also some big gun placements around the fort. Fort Nepean was were the first shot of WW1 was shot, and were the first shot of WW2 from Australia. There was so much there. It was awesome. The ride back was a lot faster. One the way back Andrew and I got an ice cream.

Today we drove to Arthur's Seat, and Sorrento. First we started driving towards Point Nepean. On the way we stopped off at Arthur's Seat. Arther's Seat is at the top of a mountain. There is a seat at the top (Arthur's Seat.) We did a circuit walk through the gardens and to a few look outs. It was really cool. After we drove to Point Nepean. There is a fort there. Tomorrow we are going to go cycling there. Next we drove back to Sorrento, to find the play ground. Apparently there is a really good playground there. When we found it, we played there for a bit. It was pretty fun. After that we returned back to the caravan. Andrew and I went to the recreation room.

Hey guys.

Yesterday we went to the shopping center. We browsed around the shops for a bit. After we had finished we went to the Woolworths to do some grocery shopping. After that we drove back to the caravan. Andrew and I went to the recreation room.

Today we went into town. First we drove to where the Spirit of Tasmania is, to figure out were we are going to park when we leave. Next we drove into town and parked at the Imax and the Museum. From there we walked to the Melbourne Gaol. We walked around the gaol and read all about Ned Kelly and the history of the Gaol. After ward we went and did a tour were we got locked up in a cell. It was really good. I enjoyed both Gaols. They were really interesting. When we finished we walked to the Museum and had a soft drink and a look around. It was really cool. Next we went to see Avatar, on the big screen ^^. It was really good. I recon Avatar is THE BEST MOVIE EVER!!!!!!!!!! It was 8 o'clock when we got back.

Hey guys.

Yesterday it was moving day. We drove about 200 km. We are now in Melbourne. The caravan park has a playground, a recreation room, free internet, a jumping pillow, and a swimming pool. It is really cool here. In the after noon we went shopping. When we got back Andrew and I went to the recreation room and played our computers for a bit.

Today we went for a walk. First Andrew and I went to the recreation room and played some ping pong and on our computers. After that we all had lunch and drove to the beach, where the walk is. When we were walking we found a massive playground. Andrew was very exited. We played there for a little bit. It was pretty fun. We kept on walking until we found a walking track. The walk was along the side of a creak. It was really cool. When we got back Andrew and I went to the recreation room.

Hey guys.

Today was moving day. The drive was about 370 km. It rained most of the time while we were driving. I played on Mums iphone while we were driving. This caravan park has a playground, a pool, and a trampoline. It is really nice here. One of the people who had a permanent cabin, had a massive collection on of plastic toys, sculptures, and many more. We relaxed for the rest of the day. Tomorrow we are going to Melbourne.

Today it was moving day. It was about a 320 km drive. We stopped off at The Dish. The Dish is a massive dish thing that is used to look into space. Mum and Dad had coffee. When we were driving on the high-way, there were swarms of locusts. The car was covered in dead locusts. we had to stop to refuel and clean the dead locusts of the car. This caravan park has a swimming pool. We went for a walk after lunch. Andrew and I caught some locusts. Today we had a long drive but it was fun. Tomorrow we have an even longer drive.

Today was moving day. It was a 300 km drive. The drive took a bit longer today because we had the caravan on the back of the car. This caravan park has a swimming pool. When we got here Andrew and I were catching locusts. It was really fun. I caught about 20 of them. After that we walked into town to have a look around. When we got back we had dinner.

Hey guys.

Today we went on the dolphin watch cruise, and the beach to have lunch. First we went on the dolphin cruise. It was awesome. There were lots of dolphins. On the back of the boat was a net called a boom net. The net was lowered into the water, and we were allowed to sit on the net. There was also a water slide on the back. Andrew went on the slide 10 times. The boom net and the slide were really good fun, although it hurt you bottom a bit. Next we went to Soldiers Point to have lunch. We decided to swim at the cabin instead. When we got back Mum watched New Moon and Andrew built huts out of twigs. Thanks

Hey guys.

Today we went for a walk, went to the beach, and went on the sand dune tour. First we went for a walk at Tomaree Head. We walked to the summit of one of the mountains. It was a 1 km walk. After we had completed the summit walk we did the gun placements walk. The gun placements walk was about 1 km as well. It was really cool. After that we went to Fingal Beach to have lunch. We didn't swim because we didn't have time. Next we went to the dunes for our dune tour. We were the only ones there so we got to go on the $400 for $90 =D. First we went sand boarding. It was so much fun !! But it was really tiring climbing up the sand dunes again. Next we went to tin city. Tin city is a place were people stayed in the great depression. Then we drove down to the beach and dug for pippies. Pippies are a type of shellfish. I found a really big one. The beach tour was really good and I highly recommend it, and I mean it, it was amazing. Today was awesome.

Hey guys.

Today we went horse riding, and went swimming. When we were driving to book the sand dunes tour Mum saw a horse riding place. We had a look, and found out that it was the last ride of the season. So Andrew, Mum, and I went horse riding. I enjoyed my self lots. I would highly recommend trying it one day. Next we went to the dunes to have a look. The dunes are the biggest sand dunes in Australia. Did you know that at those dunes, some of Star Wars was filmed? Tomorrow we are going to have a tour of the dunes. We will be able to go sand boarding. I cant wait. Next we went to Nelsons Bay. We had a look around. Then we went down to Shoal Bay, to have a swim. Andrew made tunnels in the sand, and went swimming. After that we headed back to Nelsons Bay, to have fish and chips. It was really tasty and it was fresh. I really enjoyed it.

Today we drove down to Port Stevens. It was a 350 km drive. I read my book in the car. At this caravan park, there is a pool, 2 playgrounds, and a games/recreation room. This caravan park is pretty cool. We are going to stay here for 4 nights. I cant wait to try the pool tomorrow ^^.

Today we stayed in the caravan and did some school work. First I did some school work. I did some maths. After that we had lunch. Then Andrew and I went to the pool. We swam for a bit. We had fun. When we got back we played a bit of baseball/cricket with the neighbors. We played until it was dark. We enjoyed our selves. We are going to Port Stevens tomorrow. I cant wait ^^.

Today we drove from The Gold Coast to Tamworth. It was about a seven and a half hours drive. Along the way we stopped at a bakery and Mc Donalds, to get something to eat. I read my book in the car for a couple of hours and enjoyed the scenery as well. The drive was long and I almost fell asleep.

Hey guys.

Today we went to Wet and Wild. When we got there, we went to Calypso Beach to put our stuff down. First Andrew and I went around the island in the inflatable ring. It was really fun. Next we went to the Tornado Ride. The Tornado ride is a massive half pipe thing. It is my favorite ride in the whole park. There were massive lines for some of the lines, so we had to wait for a while. Andrew, Mum, and I went on a slide called Mach 5. It was awesome. The Mach 5 is a slide where you pretty much fall at a very steep angle. Andrew and I went on some of the other slides, like the Twister, the Speedcoaster, and the Aqua Racer. They were all really enjoyable. Today was awesome.

Hey guys.

Today we went to Movie World. It was a 40 minute drive. When we got there we were amazed at how many people were there already. When we got in we went to the Loony Toons section. First Andrew, Mum, and I went on the Road Runners roller coaster. It was really fun. After that Andrew and I went on the Scooby Doo roller coaster. It was awesome. There was so many dips in the track. At one point the roller coaster went backwards. It was awesome!!! Next we went to the Wild West Falls ride. Andrew went first to see what it was like. I finaly decided to go on the Wild West Falls ride. It was the best ride ever !!!! It went backwards and through a goast town. The final drop was awesome. The first time I went on the ride my stomach was leaft behind, but the second, third, and forth time I didn't feel anything. We went on the bumper cars and had a few goes. I had fish and chips for lunch, it was pretty tasty. While Andrew was on the Road Runner Roller Coaster, Mum and I went on the River Ride. Then we walked down to the Shrek 4D. The chairs moved and there was water shot at us. It was really cool. Andrew wanted to go on Superman Escape, The Batman Wing Shot, and The Leathel wepon. I had so much fun today I cant explain it. Tomorrow we are going to Wet and Wild. I can't wait.

Today was moving day. It was a 40 km drive. We stopped in Coolangatta because we couldn't check in until 2 o'clock. We had a look around some of the shops at the mall. Andrew and I bought some lollies from the lolly shop. When we got to the caravan Andrew and I watched some tv until the rain had settled. This caravan park is pretty cool. There is a pool, free internet, austar, a playground, and a jumping pillow. Tomorrow we are going to one of the theme parks. It is going to be awesome.

We drove to Hastings Point. It was about a 350 km drive. It was very long and boring. The caravan park that we are staying in is five stars. It is really nice here. There is a pool with water slides, a games room, a playground, a kids paradise playground thing, and a leisure center. We went for a swim. The pools are awesome. There was a water dragon in the pool area.

Today we went Biron Bay and Barwick Heads. First we went to Biron Bay. We looked browsed some of the shops. Andrew and I had some ice cream. We decided to swim at Barwick Heads instead of Biron Bay. The waves were really good. We body surfed. The water was really warm. I enoyed myself.

Today we went to the standing stones, a gem museum, and an arsenic mine. First we relaxed a little bit this morning and watched tv. Just before lunch we went to the Standing Stones. The standing stones are something like the Stone Henge. It is pretty much a calender. It shows what season it is. There stones were huge, well over 3.5 meters from ground level. After that we went back to the cabin and had lunch. Then we went for a drive up to the museum in Emma Ville. The gem museum was pretty cool. They had a few historical items out the back and lots and lots of gem stones and metels. Andrew bought some crystals, they look really cool. Next we drove to the arsenic mine and had a look around. There were danger signs every where. There was crytalised arsenic on all of the old buildings. We headed back to the cabin and watched some tv. Lol ^^.

Today we drove to Glen innes. We drove 20 km, and then realized that we had left the fridge open. We had to drive all the way back again. It was about a 200 km drive. This place is awesome. We have a big tv, and there are some massive boulders that you can slide down. There is a very steep boulder and a normal boulder. We had heaps of fun at the boulders. After that we went for a walk into town. We had a brouse around the shops. When we got back we relaxed.

Today we got the hire car. In the morning we relaxed for a bit, and then went for a walk to the car hire place, to get the hire car. Today we went to the movies. The gearbox in our car has to be replaced, so we went into town and took the car to the Mazda dealer. It will take a week to get it fixed so we are going to hire a car and drive up to the Gold Coast. After we left we went to the cinema to watch, How to Tame Your Dragon, in 3D. It was a pretty good movie, and I enjoyed it. After that we had subway for lunch. It was really tasty ^^. Then we walked back to the caravan and did some school work and we went for a swim. I enjoyed today.

Today we went fossicking. First we went and got our equipment from Nundle. Then we drove to the fossicking place, and looked for a spot. We tried a few different spots, but eventually went to where Dad was, and started fossicking there. We didn't find very much, but Dad found a few flecks of gold and a crystal. After we had finished fossicking we returned the equipment, and went up to Hanging Rock. The views were amazing. We could see all the mountains in the distance. We didn't bring the camera so we don't have any photos.

Today we went for a drive to Minilla. When we got there we went down to the river and had lunch. We saw some fish there, so we decided to go fishing. We had no luck, but it was fun. After that we headed home. When we got back we relaxed, ate some Easter Eggs, and went for a swim. The swim was really nice.

Today we went to the Chinese festival at Nundle. When we arrived there, there was some people doing a dragon dance. It was pretty cool. There were all sorts of arts and food stalls there. We browsed the stalls until lunch. Andrew had noodles, and the rest of us had sandwiches. Mum bought a steamed pork bun. It was really tasty. We continued looking in stalls until there was no more stalls to look at. After that we walked up to the gold mine and did some fossicking practice for when we go out panning on Monday. I found some gold ^^. It was only a few specks. It was good practice though. I enjoyed it. Today was really cool.

Today we went for a walk up in the mountains. The views were amazing. You could see the whole of Tamworth from up there. The walk we did was about 6 km. We had fun walking the track, although it was pretty hot. The views from the lookout were really worthwhile. When we got back we went for a swim. Today was pretty cool.

Today we went into town.
First we took a walk into town. There was a copy of fallout 3 game of the year edition for $69 :p. It was pretty cool. After that we walked back to the caravan. We relaxed for a bit, and then went out grocery shopping. We also bought Andrew a model air plain. Then we drove back and Andrew, Mum, and I went for a swim. It was nice and refreshing.

Today was moving day. It was a 350 km drive. We drove through a valley, and the views of the mountains on ether side were amazing. It rained a lot of the time while we were driving. We are now in Tamworth. This caravan park has a playground and a swimming pool. This caravan park is pretty cool. Happy Easter for Sunday. ^^

Today we went to the beach and entertained ourselves at the caravan park, again. We went to Elizabeth beach. It was really nice there. Andrew and I went boogy boarding again despite the fact there we blue bottles every where and Dad saw some fins in the water. The waves were really good and I only got pulled under once :). It was really nice. After that we headed back to the caravan park. Andrew and I went to the pool and had a swim. Today was very enjoyable.

Today was moving day. We sat in the car for seven hours. One and a half of those hours was on the side of the road waiting for the clutch to cool down. It was a very long trip. We managed to watch some of Benchwarmers on Andrews laptop before the battery dyed.
The park we are staying at is really cool. It has a swimming pool, a move room, a tv room, 3 playgrounds, and a games room.
Today was went very slowly.

Today we relaxed and Andrew and Mum went to the beach. We stayed at the caravan in the morning and I did a little bit of maths. I have got a cold so I didn't go to the beach as well. We just relaxed for the rest of the afternoon. Today was cool.

Today we went to the Blue Mountains.
The first walk we did was a one and a half hours, but I think it was more than that. At the start of it we had to walk down 800 stairs, down the front of a cliff. We all had jelly legs by the end of the stairs. The views were amazing. At the end of the walk we found an old coal mine. It was really interesting to see what the coal miners used to live in. To get back to the top of the cliff we had to catch a train. The train went up the cliff vertically, it was really scary and I thought I was going to die :P. To get back to the car park we had to catch a cable car to the other side of the cliffs. The cable car was pretty cool, because it had a glass bottom.
When we got back to the caravan Andrew and I went to the computer room and played some games.

Hey guys.

Today we went to the beach and North Head. First we went to a beach just outside of Manly. We sat and had lunch on the cliffs and watched the waves roll in. After we had finished lunch we went for a walk down to the beach. There were massive storm water pipes leading into the sea. Next we went to the North head. We stopped off at the visitors center. We found out that the building just across from the visitors center is where they film the Biggest Loser tv show. It was really cool. We went for a walk around North Head and back again, it was a nice walk.
Next we went to the Manly Beach where we did anouther walk along the beach and back again. It wasnt so bad. We decided that it was not a good idea to swim there.
When we got back to the caravan we went to the sea pool just over from the caravan. It was really enjoyable.

Hey guys.

Today we went to the beach. We did a little bit of school work this morning. Then we got in the car and headed to Avalon Beach, to have lunch. The waves looked nice for body surfing. After lunch we drove down to Palm Beach to have a swim. The beach was really nice and the waves were good for body surfing. We stayed for a couple of hours. I body surfed most of the time. I berried Andrew in sand, and then Andrew and Dad berried me in sand. The water was nice.

Today we went on a ferry ride, to the Powerhouse Museum, and to the Imax to see Alice in Wonderland. We woke up at a quarter to 7 to try and bypass the rush hour traffic. When we got into town we had breakfast at Mc Donalds. Then we went on a ferry ride to the Opera House. The architecture was amazing. It started to rain just before we got back to the ferry, to get a ride back.
Next we went to the Powerhouse Museum. It was interesting. There was a lot to see there.
Then we headed over to the Imax. It is the biggest Imax screen in the world. The movie Alice in Wonderland was really good and recommend seeing it. It was really cool seeing it on the big, big screen. I enjoyed today. :)

Today we went to the National Maritime Museum, and the Aquarium. The Maritime Museum was awesome, there was so much there to see. They had a submarine, a warship, and a replica of the Endeavour. The submarine was awesome. The bunks were so tiny, it was cramped inside. The warship was luxury compared to the submarine. But for some reason I thought the Endeavour looked a bit more comfortable.

Next we took a monorail to the aquarium. It was awesome to see the sharks and all the poisonous fish. It was really fun.
We had lots of fun today.

Today we stayed at the caravan park and just lazed around. First we did some school work. After that we went to the computer room and played computer games. We also played a bit outside. Later Andrew, Mum, and I went for a walk to the beach. There were some sea water pools. Andrew decided he wanted to go for a night swim. Today was lots of fun.

Today we moved from Canberra to Sydney. It was a 300km drive. This park has a playground, two games and tv rooms. We figured out that we had free internet so we played our computers for a bit. It was really fun.

Today we went for a walk around part of Lake Burly Griffin.
We stayed in the caravan for the morning and did school work.
After lunch we went for our walk. At the start of the walk there was a information building on the history of Canberra. There some national flags on the water front. There was a bell tower on a small island in the lake. We walked past the National Gallery. When we had finished the walk we came across a whole patch of trees with flying foxes in them. We got Andrew to stand under one of the trees with some fruit. Then we walked down to a place where they were showing bonsai trees, it was amazing. When we get back home I am going to try to take up making bonsai trees. We had lots of fun today.

Today we went to the Australian Institute of Sport and Zone 3 laser tag.
First we went to the Australian Institute of Sport. It was really interesting to see where athletes train. There was a room where you could try a few different sports like Virtual foot ball and Cricket, skying, rock climbing and many more different sports. It was really fun there.
Next we were of to Zone 3. We got Mum and Dad to have a go. Andrew and I were on a team in the first round and then it was free for all the next two rounds. I won every round :). My top score was something like 12500. We had lots of fun today.

Hey guys.
Today we went to the National Museum and the Telstra Tower on Black Mountain.
The National Museum was interesting. There was an Aboriginal, Torres strait mask, and an early Australian settlers section. First we went to the K-zone (Kid zone.) In the K-zone you had to design a space ship then you would see it in a 3D movie. It was pretty cool. The disappointing thing about the museum was it only had three sections. We thought because it was the National Museum, it might have a lot more to see there.
We sat on the banks of Lake Burly Griffin.
Next we drove up to the Telstra Tower on Black Mountain. It was a really good view from up there. There were massive flying ants about as big as this gap. They were huge. There were hundreds of them up there. The elevator made your stomach churn on the way down.

Today we went to Old Parliament House and Parliament House. We had a tour of Old Parliament House. It was interesting.
Next we walked up to Parliament House. We got to watch Question Time. It was really funny to see all the politicians yelling at each other and booing the other parties comments. Kevin Rudd was there and a few other well known politicians like Tony Abbot and Peter Garret.
We had lots of fun today.

Today it is Andrew's Birth Day, Happy Birthday Andrew!!!! Questicon was really cool because there was so much hands on science and things to do. On the bottom level there was a massive free fall slide, you free fell for a couple of metres then it sloped into a slide, there was a roller coaster simulator, it was fun, and there was lots more. We went to a show and there were all sorts of optical illusions, it was really cool. Next we went off to lunch at a food court. I had Hungry Jack's.
Lastly we went off to the mint. If you don't know what the mint is here is the answer. The mint is where they print and make money. It was really interesting. Andrew and I made a dollar coin each. It is a 2010 coin.

War Memorial and some shocking news

Hey guys.

Today we went to the Australian War Memorial. The War Memorial was really cool, there was so much to see. There were army vehicles, helicopters, airplanes, and much more. The history was really interesting and I enjoyed it. There was a place where you could go inside a submarine (not a real one), a helicopter , and some trenches. It was really fun and I really enjoyed the museum.
Here is the bad news. My ipod died. They call it the white screen of death. We can't fix it but hopefully the Mac Shop might :P. If not my ipod is dead for ever.
